We designed an internal management platform for a casino business to streamline important operational workflows across inventory and cash management. The challenge was to organize complex information and multiple processes into an interface that internal teams could understand and use efficiently. We focused on creating intuitive dashboards, structured data views, clear navigation, and straightforward workflows for managing operational information. The result was a practical UI/UX system designed around the everyday needs of the teams using it.
